• Utilities are not included in rent. Phone, Internet, Cable, Electric, Gas, Water, and Sewer are the resident’s responsibility. Amounts vary monthly by usage. Electric and Gas is provided by LADWP and Water and Sewer is billed through Conservice.
• Renter’s Insurance is required at residents’ expense. We offer Pro-Specialty Insurance that can be paid with your monthly rent. The monthly premium ranges from $11-$33 a month based on coverage.
• Systematic Code Enforcement Program fee of $2.83 per month.
