- One time non-refundable administrative fee of $150
- Water/Sewer/Trash is billed monthly by management at $40 for 1 bedrooms, $50 a month for 2 bedrooms, and $60 for 3 bedrooms
- Internet and Cable are billed monthly by management at $100 a month
- Utilities are not included with rent. Phone, Electric, and Gas are the residents responsibility. Amounts vary monthly by usage. Electric is provided by NV Energy, and Gas is provided by Southwest Gas.
- Renter’s Insurance is required at Residents expense. We offer Pro-Specialty Insurance that can be paid with your rent monthly. The monthly premium ranges from $11-$33 a month based on coverage.
