- Internet is billed monthly by management at $55 a month
- Utilities are not included with rent. Phone, Electric, Gas are the residents responsibility. Amounts vary monthly by usage. Electric and Gas is provided by NV Energy.
- Renter’s Insurance is required at Residents expense. We offer Pro-Specialty Insurance that can be paid with your rent monthly. The monthly premium ranges from $11-$33 a month based on coverage.
